As the Digital Retail & E-Commerce Intern you will act as a key point of contact, partnering closely with our Client Services team based in Brussels, as well as the local Client Development, Retail and Supply Chain teams. In addition, you will have frequent interaction with the Digital teams in Paris, building relationships and leveraging tools. You will work alongside the Digital Retail & E-Commerce Manager to support in the day to day trading of the Louis Vuitton UK website. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are a must for this role, as well as an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit and mindset.

Job responsibilities

  • Take ownership of initiating store page updates and general maintenance – including opening hours, store offer and special mentions.
  • Ensure the website homepage is frequently updated, taking into consideration new launches & local product pushes.
  • Ownership of Email Marketing set up and sending for the market.
  • Feeding into strategy for targeting & segmenting, ensuring optimised performance.
  • Localising the copy for articles and editorial content on the website using Digital Asset Management Software.
  • Assist in weekly, monthly & quarterly trade reviews & analysis, as well as assisting in future trade planning.
  • Assist in local Digital activities and initiatives as required.
  • Collaborating with Client Service in Brussels on all CRM gifting initiatives.
  • Support the testing and development roadmap, carrying out UAT tests and partnering with the Digital Retail & E-Commerce Coordinator.
  • Act as a general first line support to the Digital Retail & E-Commerce team as well as to the stores.
  • Complete various administrative tasks daily, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
