Job details:

  • Open to current Loughborough University students only who will remain studying at Loughborough through 2025 and 2026.
  • Careers Network have an opportunity for a student to join their team as a Student Employer Engagement Vacancy Assistant, working 6 hours a week. This is an excellent chance to gain paid regular work experience that fits alongside your studies.
  • We welcome applications from students across all schools. As this role will commence in the next academic year, starting September 2025, you will need to be a current student who will remain studying at Loughborough through 2025 and 2026.

Job Purpose:

To provide support to the Careers Network Team through the provision of efficient and accurate vacancy and employer registration processing within the Target Connect system.

Job Duties:

  • Entering, editing, and approving graduate, placement, internship, volunteering, and part time vacancies on to the Target Connect platform.
  • Reviewing, via a Due Diligence process, and approving employer account requests on to Target Connect platform.
  • Dealing professionally, respectfully, courteously, and effectively with initial enquiries from employers via the Employer Vacancies inbox.
  • Any other additional duties as directed by the Careers Network Team.
