Job Title: Project Administrator, Loughborough Application Closing Date: Wednesday, 07 October 2026 Project Administrator (Part-time 0.4 FTE, Fixed-term for 4 Years) We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to support an international research project within the Computer Science Department, School of Science. Working closely with the lead academic, the post holder will coordinate the day-to-day administration of the project, ensuring activities are delivered effectively, on schedule, and within budget. The role involves supporting project governance and financial management, monitoring expenditure, identifying budget risks, and acting as the main point of contact for project participants and stakeholders, and will play a key role in ensuring compliance with project requirements and supporting the successful delivery of project objectives. This is a part-time, fixed-term position for four years, with funding confirmed on an annual basis. The role would suit an individual with strong administrative, organisational, and financial monitoring skills, ideally gained within a higher education, research, or project-based environment.
