We are seeking to appoint a Senior Performance Analyst to provide leadership and delivery of performance analysis within the England Netball Performance Support Team. This pivotal role will lead the development and delivery of world-class performance analysis services, working closely with coaches and athletes to inform decision-making, optimise performance and support international success.

The role will also play a key part in developing innovative approaches to performance analysis through the effective use of technology, data and insight. Based within Loughborough University's high-performance environment, you will work in collaboration with England Netball and key partners to maximise the use of leading analysis technologies and infrastructure. You will also contribute to the continued development of performance analysis capability, supporting knowledge sharing and the progression of emerging analysts within the wider performance sport environment.

The successful candidate will have experience leading performance analysis within elite sport, with excellent technical, analytical and communication skills. They will demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and high performance.
