Loughborough Students' Union is a dynamic and vibrant organisation that serves as the voice of students at Loughborough University. We provide a wide range of services, events, and opportunities to enhance the student experience. Our mission is to empower and represent students, offering them the best possible university experience.

We are looking for 4 Student Engagement Project Officers (SEPOs) to support and develop student leadership, activity and engagement across our diverse student communities. Working as part of a cohesive, collaborative team, you will assist our Student Engagement staff team and Executive Officers in their efforts to increase and sustain student community and engagement, supporting the delivery of our charitable objectives and Union strategy.

This role is offered as a full-time, paid, year-long fixed term post beginning week commencing 10th August 2026. Applications are open to current Loughborough University students or those who have graduated from Loughborough University within the past 2 years. We believe that this role provides a fantastic springboard into Students Unions/Higher Education/Community Organising for graduates, however, we would also be supportive of this role being undertaken as a placement year where a candidate has previous relevant experience and the role aligns with future career goals.
