We are currently recruiting for Professors with expertise, and an interest in, Health and Wellbeing to join us. Building on our leadership in health, human performance, and public policy, we're looking for experts in:

  • Lifestyle for Health and Wellbeing: Including exercise as medicine, sleep science, and behaviour change interventions, including wearable technologies.
  • Impact of physical activity on health (physical and mental): Reinforce our work in elite and community sport, physical activity epidemiology, and rehabilitation sciences, economic activity and social inclusion.
  • Interventions, Epidemiology and Genetics: Translate genetics and public health research into real-world interventions.
  • Ergonomics and Human Factors: Expand our systems thinking, workplace health, and design research.
  • Health Economics: Strengthen research on policy, health services research and efficiency, and global health systems.

Successful candidates will have a sustained and continuing record of excellence which has contributed to the furtherance of knowledge in their discipline and is recognised in a well-established and high-profile international reputation. Evidence of significant academic leadership and a PhD, or equivalent research experience, are also essential.
