Position: Full time (37.5 hours per week) working night shifts 5 over 7 days from 11pm to 7am

Rate of Pay: £28,200.37 per annum

We are currently looking for a confident and enthusiastic individual to join our team as Night Duty Manager. You will be responsible for managing the smooth operation of the hotel and ensuring the safety of our guests and team members at night. You must be able to deal confidently and proactively with any guest issues, as you will be the first point of contact for our guests overnight.

We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills, who can communicate effectively with both guests and team members. You must be able to use your initiative and work well under pressure, whilst consistently delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will have a minimum of one year's experience in a customer-facing role. Experience in a front of house hospitality operation is desirable, although not essential as full training will be given.
