We are currently looking for a confident and enthusiastic individual to join our team as Night Duty Manager at Burleigh Court Hotel. We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills, who can communicate effectively and listen to our guests. You must be able to use your initiative and work well under pressure. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the business and the safety of our guests and team members overnight. You will need to be able to deal confidently and proactively with any guest issues, as you will be the first point of contact for our guests overnight. Ideally you will have a minimum of one years’ experience in a customer facing role. Experience in a front of house hospitality operation is desirable, although not essential as full training will be given.
