We are seeking to appoint a full-time Strength and Conditioning Coach at Loughborough University. This role will be embedded within the Performance Support Team of England Netball and will deliver strength and conditioning support to Roses Pathways athletes, to help optimise development, enhance physical performance and contribute to international success within the England Netball programme.
The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and delivering evidence-informed strength and conditioning programmes, working collaboratively with coaches and the wider performance support team to maximise athlete availability, performance and long-term development. The role will involve flexible working patterns, including evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
