We’re on the lookout for a highly skilled and initiative-taking Senior Windows Endpoint Professional to join our End User Environment team (EUE). As a Senior Member of the EUE Team, you’ll support our mission to raise the University profile by:
- Ensuring the devices on the managed services are secure.
- Ensuring that the Teaching Labs are fully configured to meet the annual teaching requirements.
You’ll contribute to projects and service improvements that will continue to modernise and improve our services. You will also support team members with technical issues that require escalation.

About the Department: Our IT Services department is made up of a wide range of teams all responsible for their own specialism. We are based in Holywell Park, a beautiful area of green campus with a large car park, good public transport links and next to Burleigh Woods. Loughborough IT came top in the National Student Survey for IT resources & facilities in supporting learning for several years in a row. We have an incredibly supportive culture, an understanding of work/life balance, with hybrid working available. About You: You’ll have extensive knowledge of centrally managing Microsoft Windows devices within Microsoft Configuration Manager and Intune. You’ll bring expertise in vulnerability scanning and remediating security issues across the managed services. You’ll have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex Microsoft Windows endpoint issues. You’ll have excellent communication and collaboration skills and enjoy sharing your knowledge with colleagues across IT and the wider University. You’ll have a degree combined with relevant professional IT qualifications and experience.
