Join us and be part of a vibrant, research active community at Loughborough University. We are presenting an exciting opportunity to join the Wolfson School of Mechanical, Electrical and Manufacturing Engineering as a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer.
We are seeking applicants with experience in or across the following area: Systems Engineering. Systems Engineering at Loughborough University is recognised for excellence in research and teaching. We are seeking an outstanding colleague to support teaching and to develop a research programme that complements and supports existing programmes within the School. Key themes are associated with Artificial Intelligence, safety-critical systems and assurance.
We are seeking a candidate with a focus on Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). They will be familiar with modern Systems Engineering practice and have a research track record in AI, machine learning, and Software Engineering that addresses system reliability and assurance. The successful candidate should have experience of SySML and/or UML and will be expected to contribute to, and develop, teaching of MBSE modules.
