Key Responsibilities
- Process and distribute mail, parcels, and collections efficiently.
- Deliver items on and off campus using University vehicles, ensuring their upkeep.
- Operate and maintain postal equipment, including an electronic franking machine.
- Track mail and parcels accurately using online and offline systems.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Provide first-line support to customers, advising on post, print, and logistics services.
- Support team projects and contribute to the development of the Online Shop.
About You
- Strong organisational and customer service skills.
- Comfortable driving University vehicles and performing basic maintenance checks.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to use postal tracking systems effectively.
- Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
