Finance Office Full Time - Open Ended - Hybrid
Come and join the Finance team at a UK top 10 University. Working as part of a 50-strong team looking after a c£350m budget, the role offers excellent benefits including 44 days annual leave, hybrid working and a great pension scheme.
The role works within the Procurement and Insurance Team which is responsible for leading high value/risk (£60k+) procurement exercises and managing the University’s insurance portfolio encompassing policies in excess of £1m p.a. covering travel, motor and property.
Day to day, you will manage relationships with our insurers and brokers and work closely with colleagues across campus to deliver process improvements across several of our corporate contracts, specifically those with inherent insurable risk. You will prepare reports and analysis, using data to identify trends and inform policy and operational changes. You will also support the procurement team in developing and delivering broader contract management and insurance training across the University.
