We are seeking a forward‑thinking and highly capable Education and Student Experience Manager to lead and shape the delivery of professional services support for our undergraduate, postgraduate taught and postgraduate research programmes. In this strategic and operational leadership role you will work closely with the Associate Dean for Education and Student Experience (ADESE) to drive the development, implementation and continuous improvement of teaching policies, programme administration and the overall student experience.
You will lead a motivated team of professional services colleagues spanning undergraduate and postgraduate taught programmes, postgraduate research, placements and exchange activity, ensuring they are equipped to deliver excellent, responsive and high‑quality services to staff and students. You will also play a key role in shaping programme operations, analysing complex data to inform strategic decision‑making, and supporting the introduction of new programmes.
This role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with operational oversight, who thrives on problem‑solving, and who brings strong people‑management skills to a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
