Our small, vibrant Change Team is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join us for a 12-month secondment. This is a unique opportunity to get involved in high-profile, strategic projects while developing your professional network across the institution.
The Role
As a Change Manager, you will lead the people-focused elements of two major strategic initiatives and provide dedicated support to a specific School. Your work will ensure that our staff and students are supported, informed, and engaged through periods of transition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Academic Calendar Year Project: Work in close partnership with the Project Manager to design and deliver comprehensive change management activities.
- GLOW Conversations: Act as the primary liaison for specific Schools and Professional Services, supporting the smooth implementation of GLOW across these areas.
- Change Partnering: Serve as a dedicated Change Partner for one School, providing expert guidance and support for their specific change-related activities.
- Facilitation & Engagement: Design and facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and drive project momentum.
