Description
Loughborough Lightning and Loughborough University are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to develop our pathway programmes.
The successful candidate will bring substantial experience in coaching and developing the next generation of netballers.
The postholder will Head Coach the NXT Gen squad, lead our netball pathway for talented athletes, and oversee our BUCS 1st team.
You will work independently, develop strong relationships with players and staff, and juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
This a rare opportunity to be part of a unique multi‑sport performance development environment where innovation and creativity are encouraged.
Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service statement.
