Job Title: University Teacher in Biomechanics (maternity cover) Application Closing Date: Sunday, 26 July 2026 School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences Full-time (1.0 FTE, 37 hours per week), fixed term maternity cover from 28th September 2026 for 12 months or earlier return of post-holder The successful candidate will join the Learning and Teaching Discipline Group in Biomechanics and Motor Control based within the School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences at Loughborough University. The role will involve teaching Biomechanics and Motor Control content across the sport programmes. This will primarily be to undergraduate students in Sport and Exercise Science, and Sport Science, Coaching and Physical Education, and postgraduate students in Sport Biomechanics, and Musculoskeletal Sport Science and Health. Most of the work will consist of on-site teaching duties, with the opportunity for some hybrid working to undertake content planning and marking.
