As HR Services Manager and a member of the HR senior leadership team, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless, inclusive, and strategically aligned HR experience.

This role oversees the full employee lifecycle - from probation to retirement - and you’ll lead the team responsible for:

  • HR Shared Services – managing transactional processes and serving as the first point of contact.
  • HR Advisory – providing expert guidance on policy, procedure, and employee relations across designated portfolios.

In addition, you will help shape the department’s ongoing transformation by leading on key projects and taking full ownership of their deliver while partnering with the HR senior leadership team to ensure a joined-up and positive employee experience.
