Estates & Facilities Management are the campus hospitality provider at Loughborough University. We provide accommodation and catering within our halls of residence and within our various food and bar outlets for students, staff and visitors.
We have a great opportunity for a hospitality services professional to join our team of Hall Managers. The role includes managing a number of dedicated cleaning, administrative and maintenance staff to ensure that we continue to provide excellent facilities and services to our students and conference guests.
Applicants should have extensive experience of premises and staff management and possess strong leadership and customer service skills. Hall Managers regularly participate in improvement projects and applicants will also need to demonstrate an interest in, and knowledge of hospitality operations.
The position that is currently available is for 37 hours per week on an open ended (5 over 7) contract.
