In addition, this role has a 7.5% flexibility allowance. Loughborough Sport Full time and fixed term for two years Based within Loughborough University’s performance sport environment you will be joining a team who have a proven track record of developing hundreds of elite-level athletes including Olympic and Paralympic Champions. This role will have specific responsibility for the Strength and Conditioning support to a selection of our multi-sport programmes. The role will require flexible working patterns, with some evening/weekend work. Work schedules may be subject to change at short notice due to the dynamic nature of the environment and as such there is a 7.5% flexible working allowance.
