Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day running of all food and beverage operations.
- Drive and coordinate business operational standards to ensure consistent customer service excellence.
- Assist in training, engaging and developing a highly skilled food and beverage team to ensure delivery of exceptional hospitality and seamless guest experience.
