Position: Full time (guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week), 5 days over 7. Mix of early and late shifts
Rate of Pay: £12.87 per hour

We currently have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment to join our kitchen team at Burleigh Court Hotel and assist in the efficient day to day running of the kitchen.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about food with previous experience of working in a busy kitchen operation. You will be preparing meals for lunch and dinner service, including functions, and cooking and serving food to our guests in the restaurant, ensuring that food safety standards are always followed.
You must have strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and guests and be able to work well as part of a team. A Level 2 food hygiene qualification is desirable.
