Role: Senior Performance Analyst to provide leadership and delivery of performance analysis within the England Netball Performance Support Team. The role will lead the development and delivery of world-class performance analysis services, working closely with coaches and athletes to inform decision-making, optimise performance and support international success. The role will also contribute to developing innovative approaches to performance analysis through the effective use of technology, data and insight.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver performance analysis services within elite sport to support international success.
  • Collaborate with coaches, athletes and multidisciplinary teams to inform decision-making and optimise performance.
  • Develop and implement innovative approaches to performance analysis using technology, data and insight.
  • Work within Loughborough University’s high-performance environment and in collaboration with England Netball and key partners to maximise analysis technologies and infrastructure.
  • Contribute to the development of performance analysis capability and support knowledge sharing and progression of emerging analysts within the wider performance sport environment.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Experience leading performance analysis within elite sport.
  • Excellent technical, analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and high performance.
