Loughborough Students\’ Union (LSU) is seeking to recruit Retail Team Leaders to support our Retail Store Managers and help oversee our two on‑site franchised Co‑op stores.
In this role, you will lead and support our team in delivering high-quality customer service while ensuring our stores operate efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with the Co-operative Group, utilising their branding and operational systems to maintain the standards expected of a leading convenience retailer.
This is a full-time position of 35 hours per week. Shifts may start as early as 7:00am and finish as late as midnight, including weekends and bank holidays.
