We are currently seeking to recruit 'Bar and Venue Assistants' to join our growing team within the Social Enterprise department. Our Venue is a busy, vibrant, and energetic place to work, and to be successful in this role you will need to have an ability to work well under pressure and be able to work cooperatively within a team.

As a 'Bar & Venue Assistant' you will be part of a team of staff working across our night-time economy bars, and/or working in our busy Sports bar 'JCs'. We're looking for staff who are multifaceted and able to work across varying roles within our Venue Operations.

The role is offered as casual on LSU Casual Scale (currently £12.21 per hour, plus 12.07% holiday pay supplement). Working unsociable hours will be part of this role. Our trading patterns are seasonal, reflecting University term times and this will also be reflected in shift patterns. You will be expected to work at least 1 club night a week if required.

Training will be provided for all successful applicants.
