Loughborough Students’ Union is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to manage JC’s, one of its most dynamic and well-loved venues. This is an opportunity to lead a fast-paced pub environment at the heart of student life, delivering high-quality service, engaging promotions, and a vibrant customer experience.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for hospitality. You will oversee staffing, budgets, and supplier relationships, while collaborating with LSU teams to ensure JC’s remains a welcoming and inclusive space for all students.
