Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and digitally confident individual to support the delivery of high-quality, user-focused digital services. As a Digital Experience Assistant, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving online platforms, ensuring content is accessible, engaging, and aligned with user needs.
We’re responsible for the marketing, promotions, and communications of every aspect of Loughborough Students’ Union, including web, social media, graphic design, insight, email, print, and video. Our 19,000 student members are at the heart of what we do, so we aim to always deliver engaging and on-trend content for our audience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for digital excellence to contribute to meaningful service improvements in a collaborative environment.
