We are currently looking for a Curriculum Manager to join the hugely successful Foundation Learning and Specialist provision team at Loughborough College. With over 200 full-time learners, the team consists of highly specialised SEN provision, ESOL 16-18 years olds, and delivery on some aspects of Level 1 foundation learning programmes. Managing a dedicated team of lecturers and tutors, you will provide outstanding leadership and will continue to develop our quality metrics and our teaching and learning, curriculum design, and delivery.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Good experience in managing SEN provision
- Significant experience in teaching and assessing on specialist provision
- Ability to develop, inspire, challenge, and motivate teams and individuals to deliver teaching and assessing excellence
- Confidence in leading and coordinating teams and individuals to meet challenging targets
- Ability to develop innovative approaches to meet changing needs and expectations of learners
- Experience working collaboratively with external stakeholders and partners, as well as cross college departments
