The Leicestershire College is seeking an enthusiastic, conscientious and flexible Recruitment and HR Administrator to join our busy Human Resources department.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to take a step up in their HR career and develop their skills, knowledge and experience as part of a small, but very supportive team.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service and organisation skills with the ability of working to tight deadlines whilst managing changing priorities.

A level 3 Business Administration qualification or equivalent is preferred.
