The Leicestershire College is seeking an experienced and highly organised People Advisor to join our dedicated HR team. This is a key role suited to someone with strong administrative expertise who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and delivers accuracy and efficiency across a wide range of HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating and administering monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of employment contracts and changes.
- Managing end‑to‑end recruitment administration, including compliance checks and onboarding activities.
- Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance and supporting processes such as flexible working requests.
- Supporting absence management and wellbeing initiatives, including administration of occupational health referrals.
