We have an exciting opportunity for a Sessional Sports Coach (Specialising in Volleyball/Hockey/E-Sports - Rocket League/Golf) to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based at Loughborough College. Loughborough College is renowned as a Centre of Excellence for Sport, Exercise and Fitness.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to work within our Sport Department with a specific focus on our Volleyball/Hockey/Multisport Academy program. The successful individual will play a key role in the delivery, management, and quality assurance of our Volleyball Academy Programme.

Relevant coaching qualifications and experience working with student-athletes are key requirements for this role.

Responsibilities of this role include:

  • To deliver high-quality and challenging coaching and learning experiences that support the holistic development of student-athletes
  • To design and implement sport-specific technical, tactical, physical, and personal development programmes that align with the academy's performance objectives
