Loughborough College Group is recruiting a Progress Tutor in Agriculture, Horticulture and Countryside Management to join the team at Brooksby College. You will provide academic and pastoral support to students, monitor progress, promote wellbeing and implement targeted interventions to support progression into further study or employment.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work under pressure and experience with 16–19 year olds.
