We’re recruiting a Lecturer in Strength and Conditioning to join our Higher Education team at Loughborough College.

The Role

Starting in September 2025, Loughborough College is launching its new BSc (Hons) in Strength and Conditioning. The Higher Education Sport Department is actively recruiting for an additional lecturer to support the Course Leader and wider teaching team in the delivery of this exciting new degree. This is a great opportunity for you to join a progressive, learner focused department that places innovative teaching, learning and assessment at the forefront of their professional practice.

The Applicant

You will have a commitment to student centered learning with teaching and curriculum design, underpinned by scholarly activity, research and/or experience as an applied practitioner. The successful candidate will hold the minimum of a Masters degree, with either their masters or undergraduate degrees being within Strength and Conditioning. Ideally, they will have attained UKSCA accreditation or have the desire to undertake this process within 12 months of undertaking the role.
