We have an exciting opportunity for an engaging, innovative and dynamic Lecturer to teach across our Further Education Sport provision at Loughborough College. You will teach and assess our learners across a range of units and when required cover lessons too. The successful candidate will deliver inspiring teaching and learning to ensure all learners are supported to succeed through the delivery of high quality and challenging learning experiences. Progress will be monitored to ensure target grades are met and all learners achieve to the best of their ability.
Experience or background in the sports industry is essential, as is a relevant degree or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and organisational skills and work effectively in a large cross-curricular team. You will possess excellent planning and administration skills and be able to work to deadlines. A knowledge of a range of teaching methodologies is essential.
