Loughborough College Motor Vehicle is a successful curriculum team that offers a wide range of provision from Level 1 up to Level 3. The provision includes both BTEC and IMI courses alongside employment focused study programmes. We are seeking to appoint a Motor Vehicle Lecturer to teach within our Motor Vehicle/Motorsport provision. Relevant automotive industry experience is essential and a teaching qualification is desirable.

The successful candidate will deliver inspiring teaching and learning to ensure all students are supported to succeed through the delivery of high quality and challenging learning experiences. Progress will be monitored to ensure target grades are met and all learners achieve to the best of their ability. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and organisational skills and work effectively in a small cross-curricular team. You will possess excellent planning and administration skills and be able to work to deadlines. A knowledge of a range of teaching methodologies is essential.
