Loughborough College Group is seeking two Lecturers in Engineering to join our team at Stephenson’s Campus.
We are looking for Engineering Lecturers with the ability to deliver an array of engineering skills, knowledge and related behaviours in our engineering provision. You will deliver the curriculum to students on our study programmes including T-levels, on commercial courses or delivering on our apprenticeship programmes.
You may currently be working in an engineering setting looking for your first job in teaching. If your skills and experience include working within the engineering sector using new technologies, we would like to hear from you.
Working as part of the engineering team you will be responsible for the delivery and development of courses. You will possess an excellent knowledge and understanding of engineering and be able to plan and use a range of effective and appropriate teaching and learning techniques.
The successful candidate will have a passion for Engineering and innovation and will bring new ideas to the directorate and embed new technologies into the learning environment. You will work collaboratly across the engineering team and have a passion for sharing your engineering knowledge and experience with others.
We are looking to for someone who has experience working with new cutting-edge technologies throughout their careers, who would like to support the engineering provision to continually improve year on year.
As well as your relevant experience and current knowledge, you will also be willing to obtain a relevant teaching qualification (DTLLS, PGCE or equivalent) if you do not already possess one.
