The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

The Learning Support team are seeking to recruit Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join them in providing a range of high-quality support to learners with identified learning difficulties and/or disabilities across the working week, Monday – Friday 08:45 – 16:30.

You will support learners across a range of courses from Entry level to Level 3 / A Level who have learning difficulties and disabilities. These include Dyslexia, Autism, ADHD, Hearing Impairments, Visual Impairments and Physical Impairments.

The successful candidates will provide in-class support and online support to individuals and groups of learners, which includes notetaking, assisting with personal care and mobility support.

You should have at least 12 months of experience of working with young people and have a sound knowledge of safeguarding procedures. You must possess at least a Level 2 qualification, GCSE grade 4 or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English.

You will have a flexible and can-do approach; be committed to teamwork and have a positive approach towards all learners. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to work effectively with a range of students and staff.
