The Leicestershire College is seeking an enthusiastic, conscientious IT Helpdesk Technician to join its busy IT Services team. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a generalist IT Support role and experience using Microsoft technology, supporting end users covering day-to-day challenges, issues, and queries. There may also be the opportunity to be involved in the more generalist remit of the team by supporting with casework and projects.
