The Leicestershire College is seeking an enthusiastic, conscientious IT Helpdesk Technician to join its busy IT Services team.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a generalist IT Support role with and experience using Microsoft technology, supporting end users covering day-to-day challenges, issues, and queries.
There may also be the opportunity to be involved in the more generalist remit of the team by supporting with casework and projects. This is a great opportunity to take a step up in their IT career and develop their skills, knowledge, and experience as part of a very supportive team.
