An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sports Development and Enrichment Officer across multiple sites at Loughborough College Group. This role will support the coordination and delivery of inclusive, high-quality sport and physical activity opportunities across the college group's multiple sites, helping to enhance student wellbeing, engagement and participation.

You will play a key role in delivering enrichment activities, supporting sports programmes and building partnerships with external organisations to create a broad range of opportunities for students. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with experience in sports development or coaching, who is passionate about inspiring others to lead active, healthy lifestyles.

The successful candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to supporting student success both on and off the field.
