We have an exciting opportunity for a Sessional Sports Coach (specialising in volleyball, hockey, e-sports, strength & conditioning and/or multi-sport) to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based at Loughborough College. Loughborough College is renowned as a Centre of Excellence for Sport, Exercise and Fitness.
The successful individual will play a key role in the delivery, management and quality assurance of our Volleyball Academy Programme. Relevant coaching qualifications and experience of working with student-athletes are key requirements of this post.
Responsibilities of this role include:
- To deliver high-quality and challenging coaching and learning experiences that support the holistic development of student-athletes
- To design and implement sport-specific technical, tactical, physical and personal development programmes that align with the academy's performance objectives
