We have an exciting opportunity for a Sessional Chef Lecturer to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based at Loughborough College.
Responsibilities of this role include:
- You will be able to teach across all levels and areas of hospitality and operate an RWE kitchen.
- You will have vast experience of cooking and leading kitchens and experience of delivering city and guilds qualifications at all levels.
- You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to motivate students through the use of varied teaching and learning strategies and an emphasis on student progression and differentiation.
What we are looking for:
- A relevant qualification is essential.
- Teaching qualification is highly desirable but not essential.
- You will also have strong interpersonal and organisational skills and work effectively in a large team.
