We have an exciting opportunity for a Forklift Workshop Supervisor to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based at Stephenson College. Join our team in a hands-on workshop role where you'll support the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning through expert technical guidance, demonstrations, and leadership.

Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Ensure the Health and Safety of students in the use of equipment, tools and resources required to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Review, monitor and complete annual risk assessments associated with the workshop environment, including COSHH.
  • Organise safe systems for storage of material and equipment.

What we are looking for:

  • Possess a Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant engineering subject area (e.g. forklift truck maintenance and repair).
  • Have recent experience in the relevant industry.
  • Have vast knowledge of the sector.
  • Have excellent time management skills and be able to work to deadlines.
