Loughborough College is seeking a Curriculum Head in Foundation Learning to lead the Foundation Learning and Specialist provision team on Radmoor Road. With responsibility for SEN provision and ESOL 16-18 learners, you will manage lecturers and tutors and drive teaching quality, curriculum design and delivery.
You will bring substantial experience in SEN provision and in inspiring teams to deliver excellence, coordinating across college departments and with external partners to maximise learner outcomes.
