Loughborough College Group is seeking a Progress Tutor in Agriculture, Horticulture and Countryside Management to join the team at Brooksby College. The role provides academic, pastoral and progression support to a caseload of students across vocational programmes, helping them engage, achieve and progress through their college journey.
The successful candidate will monitor student progress, promote wellbeing and attendance, and deliver targeted interventions to support positive outcomes.
