You will have experience in a relevant vocational industry setting or academic background and be able to demonstrate the ability to motivate students through the use of varied teaching and learning strategies.
Responsibilities
- To use industry experience and expertise to contextualise learning and develop students' understanding of electrical engineering and power networks.
- To play a key role in quality assurance and quality improvement processes - full training will be provided.
- To deliver high quality and challenging learning experiences.
Qualifications
- Possess a relevant engineering degree or master in engineering.
- A willingness to work towards a teaching qualification.
- Willingness to travel to other work locations as often as required.
- Experience in a relevant vocational industry setting (power industry transmission/distribution, high current/voltage applications or operating related equipment).
