- Support chef lecturers and stores assistant in the day-to-day cleaning duties in the kitchen areas
- Support kitchen operations: Stock deliveries, laundry, assisting with waste disposal, and ensuring a hygienic environment.
- Maintain cleanliness: Wash and sanitize pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standard
- Possess an Up-to-date food safety certificate at level 2 or be willing to undertake
- Previous kitchen assistant experience gained in a commercial environment
- Be an organised and calm individual with good interpersonal skills
