You will deliver inspirational and effective teaching and learning that engages learners and enables all learners to achieve successful outcomes in line with their aspirational target grades. A blended learning model will be expected, combining in‑person lessons and a weekly online lesson. Strong digital skills and a willingness to learn and adapt digital methodologies are essential.

The successful candidate will teach A Level History and Politics to Year 12 and Year 13 students. A relevant degree and teaching qualification are compulsory, with experience teaching History or Politics A Level required; experience delivering the AQA specifications is desirable.

You will be expected to contribute positively to departmental development, demonstrating strong interpersonal and organisational skills, the ability to work effectively in a large team and as an individual, and a commitment to raising student aspirations, promoting cultural capital, and creating enrichment opportunities for History and Politics students.
