We are seeking to appoint an Elite Sport Esports Lecturer to provide high quality teaching and learning to elite sport learners, both through face-to-face and online delivery. Learner progress will be monitored to ensure target grades are met and all learners achieve to the best of their ability.

Qualifications
- Experience in the Esports industry.
- A relevant degree and teaching qualification.
- Experience of teaching and vocational experience in further education or working in similar roles within industry.
- Experience of elite sport, preferably in the motorsport industry, and working in talent pathway/high performance environments.
- Full, valid drivers licence and ability to travel to off-site locations for work.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills and ability to work effectively with a range of partners.
- Excellent planning and administration skills and ability to work to deadlines.
- Knowledge of a range of teaching methodologies, including online based delivery.
