The Sport Department has over 1000 full‑time learners across levels 1 to 3. We are seeking an Administrator to provide an excellent administrative service to learners, staff, parents and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Log absences and monitor daily attendance to lessons.
  • Identify at‑risk learners within the area.
  • Ensure all learners have relevant work experience/RWE recorded accurately on the system.
  • Run data reports to support curriculum managers in improving the quality of provision.
  • Develop new systems and working practices to keep administrative functions efficient and effective.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Sports‑related degree or equivalent.
  • Good administrative experience with excellent organisational skills.
  • Track record of working successfully with a wide range of staff.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in data handling and Excel functions (essential).
